The Parish of St. Sava, recently registered in Rome, organized a festivity dedicated to St. Sava, the founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church, prince, monk, lawgiver and the first Serbian Archbishop (1219). The event was held in the premises of the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia to the Holy See and the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in the Republic of Italy.
The celebration was attended, among other guests, by undersecretary mons. Andreas Palmieri and mons. Jaromir Zagrapa from the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity of the Holy See.
