On July 11, 2024 Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Holy See Sima Avramović had a meeting in the Apostolic Palace with long-term Director of the Vatican State Secretariat Archive Johan Ickx. He delivered him a few important editions of the State Archive of Serbia, including the Catalogue of the exhibition “Serbia and the Holy See 1878-1914”, which was held both in Belgrade and at the Pontifical Lateran University in 2021

Director Ickx expressed his willingness and openness for cooperation with the State Archive of Serbia, including research and editing publications of mutual interest.
